Put your creativity on tap! We’re calling all artists and design enthusiasts to create the official t-shirt for this year’s Pub Crawl. The winning design will be worn Friday night during the crawl. Submit your design by June 30, 2025, and help us bring the crawl to life! Winner will receive one free night* (Friday Aug. 8) at Grand Hotel during the Mid Summer Conference to join the pub crawl.

Criteria:

• Design is for the front of T-shirt only. 
• Must include the wording "Mid Summer Conference Pub Crawl 2.0". 
• Design may not include personal information. 
• One design submission per person.
• Please submit design as .png or .tif.

• Committee members who choose to submit a design will not be allowed to judge. 
• T-shirt background must be a solid color.  T-shirt will be a Gildan Cotton Tee.  See sample of t-shirt here. 
• Designs must be original and not copied from other sources. 
• Designs cannot infringe on existing copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property.
• Designs should not include profanity, offensive language, or graphic content.
• *One free night prize is equivalent to one night stay at the Grand Hotel in a Grand Room on Friday Aug. 8, 2025.
