Document Order Form

General Information
AIA documents are revised regularly, some may have been replaced by new editions. The editions listed are the latest ones available. 

• Documents may be ordered by phone or picked up Monday through Friday between 9:00a.m. and 4:00p.m.
• If walk in orders are very large, they may need to be picked up later in the day.
• All checks should be made payable to AIA Michigan.

Mail Orders

• Orders must be paid for when they are shipped. 
• No credit will be extended. 
• Orders will be shipped within 4 days of receiving your check in the AIA office. 
• Please fill out the form below.

Minimum Orders/Walk In Orders

• Walk in orders - cash only - no checks - no minimum unless using a credit card. 
• Credit Card - $20.00 minimum. 
• All phone orders $20.00 minimum.

Shipping

• All orders will be shipped VIA UPS ground. 
• Special requests and overnight shipping must be requested at time of order and an additional charged will be added (depends on time availability). 
• Orders will be shipped within 4 days of order and payment received.
