GRANT APPLICATION Please follow this format when submitting your proposal. The application consists of three parts: cover sheet, project description (up to 3 pages including budget) and page one of your 501-C-3 authorization. Submit photographs and other visual materials sufficient to understand the scope of the project and its context. Include a statement of your capacity to fulfil the terms of the grant.
